The Chase Hotel & Leisure Club is situated next to Leicester Racecourse. It is well sign posted from the London Road (A6) and has good access to the site with free car parking away from main roads. With our extensive facilities, it is the ideal location as your conference venue. We are a friendly, informal, well established business and service to our customers is a priority. As we are also a leisure club, we offer many other amenities that are available to hotel guests should any of you stay over at the hotel during your conference.

Although the hotel is straightforward to find as the racecourse is well sign posted from quite some distance, we can provide maps should these be needed for your delegates.

Room Hire

We have two conference rooms, the smaller one holds up to 40 people (theatre style) or 24 (boardroom style). The larger one holds 65-70 people (theatre style).

Room hire includes:- Television, video, OHP, flipchart, pens, extension leads and free parking outside.

We can also provide on request at extra cost ;- Secretarial services, faxing / photocopying, various items of stationary, pens and notepads.

Refreshments, Bar Menu or a buffet can also be provided.
